Applications Implementation:

 

         Centralized Verizon's Wireless division from five different regions to one computer system for inbound and outbound sales supporting 200+ users. This includes access to the web, millions of contact records, on-line product slicks, sales reporting, order entry as well as on-line area maps.

         Created a Third party verification system for Long Distance sales that has captured over 8,000,000 transactions and maintains a database of over 15,000,000 names and addresses for Verizon's customers which is updated 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. 

Designed and Created Data Warehouse systems for Verizon.  These systems are currently being used to analyze  product, promotion and sales channel performance for product and marketing roll out decisions using hundreds of databases and Giga-bits of information.

        Designed and implemented LANs, Backup and disaster recovery systems for local area            businesses.  

       Designed and authored web sites for area organizations and companies.  

       Designed installed and supported telemarketing systems in the US, Canada and the Caribbean.

        Designed and programmed user friendly order entry systems capturing millions of dollars in sales.

         Created job-costing systems for Landscape management companies.
